6.Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Indonesia. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Dunia Mahasiswa Sukses and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Indonesia . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Dunia Mahasiswa Sukses's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Dunia Mahasiswa Sukses may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Hai agan-agan dan nyonya-nyonya sekalian, jumpa lagi dengan gue di dunia mahasiswa sukses ini. Setelah selama 1 minggu gak posting akhirnya pada kesempatan kali ini gue sempetin dulu untuk posting. Jumpa lagi di Dunia Mahasiswa Sukses. Tidak terasa kita telah memasuki akhir bulan Januari di tahun 2015. Ngomong-ngomong tentang akhir bulan alias tanggal tua biasanya banyak diantara kita yang mulai pusing memikirkan kondisi keuangan yang semakin terbatas. Apalagi bagi sebagian orang yang menjalani masa kuliah sebagai seorang anak kost. Sudah pasti masa-masa seperti ini adalah saat dimana ia harus mengatur uang sehemat mungkin agar tidak rugi alias tekor diakhir bulan. Menjadi seorang anak kost ketika kuliah tentu akan sangat jauh berbeda jika dibandingkan ketika menjalani hidup sebagai anak SMA yang setiap saat dapat meminta uang kepada orang tua. Ketika menjadi anak kost tentu kita dituntut untuk bersikap lebih mandiri baik dari segi mental dan kemampuan dalam mengatur pengeluaran bulanan.
